1. Commission Terms: It is the intent of this contract that the Artist creates artwork for the
Client. The Commission work timeframe will be agreed upon by the Client and Artist. Final
product of the Commissioned work will be delivered via a link to Dropbox or Google Drive. The
Artist will send watermarked Low res WIP’s or Soundbites of the commissioned work as
progress is made. If products are used for streaming or publicly seen art, client must credit the
artist somewhere visible (on your profile page, in the description, etc). Artist panels that match
your theme can be made free of charge or you may include a link to the Artist’s Twitch, Twitter,
3. Copyright: Artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by Client
that are created by the Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory
copyright. The Client may reproduce no work without the prior written approval of Artist.
4. Payment Terms: For commissions under $25 USD, all payments must be made up front
before work is to begin. For orders over $25 USD, 75% of the total is required up front before
work is to begin. Commissions will begin after the first payment is completed through PayPal
invoice system. The Client is responsible for all transaction fees.
When work is complete, The Artist will send low resolution images or sound snippets of the
finished product with watermarks to the Client. After receiving the watermarked low resolution
images or sound snippets of the finished product the Client will send final payment and the Artist
will send the full final product(s) to the Client..
5. Cancelations : Under any circumstances if the project/commission is canceled, any
payments made will be non-refundable and considers a cancelation fee of the commission.
Furthermore, The Artist as the right to sell the artwork to whomever wants it. The Artithe client
agrees to pay a cancel fee of 30% the over all commission price. This is to make sure what
work and time the artist has put into the commission is compensated for. The artist is not liable
1) You decide at any point to use other art for your purposes
2) You decide not to download the art after I have uploaded it where you can access it
(Note: WIP’s or Works in Progress sent between the starting Date of Project and Completion
Date of Project are not the same as a finished low resolution image file (small file/image/.jpg) of
finished product with watermark. Revisions between Start and Completion Date will not be
charged unless the Artist deems revisions major enough to charge Client. Examples would be:
Changing the entire idea behind the image, major changes to character design that has already
been extendedly rendered, asking for a different style of artwork in the middle of the project,
